Forgotten Password and/or Expired Password
 

First, complete the process to register your account, if you haven’t done so.
This will enable the full use of the self-service system, including the ability
to change passwords, unlock account, and reset a forgotten or expired password.


Registered users can click here to reset an expired or forgotten password.  Your
new password must be different from your previous or expired password and must
meet the guidelines.
Use your GPC Employee/Contractor ID and PC/Email password
Reset / Change Password

Registered users can click here to change your current password. Your new
password must be different from your expired password and meet the guidelines.

If you have not registered and have forgotten your password, please contact
our GPC Service Desk (1-800-238-0428) to get issued a temporary password.
You will then need to register and change your temporary password.

Unlock Account
Registered users can click here to unlock your account if it's currently locked out.
